The Purple Bud" The Color Purple is rare in nature and the expense of creating the color and has given purple a supernatural aura for centuries.
The purple but
Purple is rare in nature and the expense of creating the color and has given purple a supernatural aura for centuries. Purple is also the most powerful wavelength of the rainbow- and it’s a color with a powerful history that has evolved over time. In fact, the origins of the symbolism of purple are more significant and interestingthat those of any other color. If we go back to our pre-historic existence, our ancestors probably never saw a purple fruit, flower, bird, fish or anything else purple because purple is very rare in nature. This is hard to imagine in today’s connected world.

A good friend of mine named Jolanta Pilinkaite the ownerofSensemadethispanels wrote this for me. By Blind photographer Chelsea Stark
I have tunnel vision and can only see to about two feet in front of me.
I use the live view to compose the pictures since I cannot see through the viewfinder.
for me, photography means that I can pause the World around me so I can get a better view.
Art is not the medium, and art is not the execution; art is the idea.
The best way I can describe it is this saying: I found art is everywhere and all you have to do is look.
With the right amount of inspiration and ideas you can make art out of anything.
What does beauty mean to me as a visually impaired photographer?
I believe beauty is something that moves you and inspires you.
See picture below.

Travelling - when you get that amazing photo it's all worth it.
I am legally blind and was born with optic nerve demage.
My most memorable place:
Yellowstone national park . It gave me a little bit of everything.
Since my field of vision is so narrow I photograph close up intimate subjects.
I find inspiration in the majestic mountain sides. The animal that stops and looks at you almost like they're posing so you can take their picture. And the newly bloomed flower that reaches out to the sun.
Animals, flowers and landscape all-in-one.
Makes me feel energized and excited. — with Chelsea Stark and Sense. see picture below

Understanding of how photography can be used by blind people. By Blind photographer Chelsea Stark
Blind photography “I think, for me, photography means that I can pause the World around me so I can get a better view. Some key questions people tend to ask me are. What does art mean to me? The best way I can describe it is this saying I found. "Art is not the medium, and art is not the execution; art is the idea."While this opinion is debatable, it's one with which I happen to agree with and one that blind photography supports. Where do I find art? Art is every where and all you have to do is look. With the right amount of inspiration and ideas you can make art out of anything. Where do I find inspiration? I find inspiration in! The majestic mountain sides. The animal that stops and looks at you almost like they're posing so you can take their picture. And the newly bloomed flower that reaches out to the sun. Do I enjoy traveling as a visually impaired photographer? All I can say is when you get that amazing photo it's all worth it. What does beauty mean to me as a visually impaired photographer? I believe beauty is something that moves you and inspires you. I believe beauty is everywhere. Also I believe in the saying "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder." I hope this explains a little bit to you what photography means to me. Chelsea Stark. http://chelseastarkcom.blogspot.com

This incredible canyon has been created over many thousands of years by the relentless forces of water and wind, slowly carving and sculpting the sandstone into forms, textures, and shapes which we observe today.

The Golden Gate bridge is one of the most famous and beautiful bridges in the world because of its spectacular location, graceful lines, Art Deco detailing, and emblematic color. With towers extending 700 feet into the sky and over 100 feet beneath the bay, the bridge is also an engineering marvel.

Tranquil falls", a photo by chelseastarkphotography.com on Flickr.
Via Flickr:Yosemite Falls is the highest measured waterfall in North America. Located in Yosemite National Park in the Sierra Nevada of California, it is a major attraction in the park, especially in late spring when the water flow is at its peak.
The total 2,425 feet (739 m) from the top of the upper falls to the base of the lower falls[1] qualifies Yosemite Falls as the sixth highest waterfall in the world, though with the recent discovery of Gocta Cataracts, it appears on some lists as seventh.
